As a performer, Courtney has worked with Alive & Well Productions, Sarah Bush Dance Project, Roxanne Gray Dance, Jaq H. Dalziel, Joe Landini, Byb Chanel Bibene, Malinda Lavelle, and LEVYdance. As a choreographer, King has shown work in the National Queer Arts Festival, the San Francisco International Arts Festival, ODC’s Pilot Program, and West Wave Dance Festival. King is the Co-Founder of Chlo & Co Dance, a Bay Area-based contemporary dance company that produced Drove and Tabled, and closed in 2021.

She has attended MODULE19 in Brooklyn with Sidra Bell Dance New York, Impulstanz, where she took workshops with Kristina & Sadé Alleyne and Jeremy Wade, and studied Gaga in Tel Aviv with Ohad Naharin. In addition, she has taken multiple workshops with Miguel Gutierrez, experienced vertical performance with BANDALOOP, attended the LEVYdance Summer Intensive, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance Summer Intensive.
